It's an obviously stressful process but Matt Hagon was such a pleasure to be working with, he was enthusiastic, positive and went out of his way to help us out in any way he could and reduce the stress levels. His photos of our house were amazing and really helped put it out there on the market in the best possible light and the service did not stop after we had secured a buyer, he was continuously in contact with tips on new properties we might like that were coming to market and this kept going until we found somewhere. I had 16 viewings within a week of listing and 6 offers on or over asking price so that gives some idea of how many serious buyers Knight Residential drew in. Once our sale and purchase were underway Sammy took over the progression and again she has been excellent, keeping the chain informed, pushing things along, getting in contact with all parties to ensure the communication kept flowing and putting my fears at rest when potential issues arose.
