Having previously had my home on the market with two other estate agents in Colchester and not been successful in selling my home, I decided to go with Knight West and wow what a different experience, my house was sold within a very short time of going on the market with them. The first thing that struck us about Knight West was their energetic and enthusiastic attitude regarding selling our property after it had been on the market with another well-known estate agent for quite a few months with no results. We felt from the beginning that Knight West's went out and found buyers for us and didn't just wait for people to ring into the office after seeing the Right move advert, a very refreshing approach! We immediately started to get three times more viewings than with the first agency and we sold a couple of weeks later.

Knight West is one of the best I have seen in Colchester. Particularly, Darrell, who is very friendly and helpful, sold my house in no time. Moving is never easy, whether you are seasoned veterans like us or young first timers. Our recent move was an extra challenge moving from Essex to Somerset and therefore it was important to choose an estate agent that we could rely on and one that would keep the communications flowing. I have to say that Knight West well and truly fulfilled our brief. 
Darrell was on the case even when I was getting a bit 'movezilla ish' at the eleventh hour. He always rang back with the information which was a refreshing change and something young people tend not to do these days. The service from Knight West from start to finish was extremely professional. We met Josh on our first look at the property which is now our new home in February. On showing us around the property for the first time we instantly liked him and found him friendly and helpful. On the day of exchange I received a call from Josh personally congratulating us, and on day of completion he even went to the trouble of meeting us at our new home with the keys and some information from the previous owners. Do not be fooled by the national estate agents that promise they will sell your house, we found they did not and the whole experience was worse than terrible. However after we were released from this terrible national estate agent, Knight West took on our property and we can truly say the whole service, photos, description, quickly marketing, dealing with viewings, Knight West secured a buyer from marketing within 2 weeks and went on to ensure the sale went through seamlessly.
